Approval of August Meeting Minutes
Financial Update
August Financial report reviewed and approved
Reported receipt of $2500 in fines
Communication with Webmaster
Ellie shared emails received over the past 30 days – all responded to timely. No further action required.
Homeowner Issues & General Issues
Board discussed & approved actions to be taken on delinquent fees and fines
Approved expense to repair drainage problem at Hole #14
Boat Launch lighting & trespassing update provided
3 bids were submitted and discussed in detail for the Parkway Oak project. Board voted to hire Southern Tree & Lawn Service.
Survey – Uploaded to website 9/20/15. Survey will remain available thru 10/15/15. Full report will be prepared for October Board meeting and next steps finalized for reporting results to homeowners.
New Issues
Reviewed plans submitted by residents for various projects
Oktoberfest –Plans finalized for the October 31st event in Parkside
Meeting was adjourned at 7:30 PM.
The next meeting will be Monday, October 19th at 6:00 PM BREC Clubhouse.
