You probably have noticed that new STOP signs have been installed at: 1) intersection of Santa Maria Parkway at Old Perkins, 2) 4-way stop at Spyglass Hills, 3) intersection of Spyglass and Southern Hills and 4) the three streets entering SM Pkwy nearest the front entrance. We will gradually be replacing all STOP signs with new ones that match the pole design of the entry sign and the street lights. The subdivision has 37 stop signs so this project is budgeted over a 3 year period.
