The 2011 final SMPOA budget was approved at the January Board meeting and is now available on the residents only Annual Budget page of the website.  The budget includes not only expected 2011 revenues and operating expenses but also anticipated Civic and Capital Project expenditures.  A second document has also been included that covers the SMPOA Reserve Fund.
