SMPOA Board Meeting
Monday, November 23rd, 2015   6:00 PM
Attendees:  Carole deBack, Ellie Perret, Colleen Milfelt, Alma Roy, Rodney Schoemann, & Scott Gremillion
Welcome - No guests were present at meeting
Financial Update
Oct Financials were approved with a correction on the total cost of Octoberfest to $10,936.85. 
Communication with Webmaster
Octoberfest was a huge success…many emails thanking the board for the organization of the event.
Invoices for website advertising were emailed
Homeowner Issues & General Issues
Concern regarding trees at chapel area planted during clean up.  Board is reviewing.
Charlestown gas light – pending update  
Boat Launch Fence – pending update  
New Issues
Survey – Carole has responded to over 22 individual residents who made specific recommendation in    the survey.  Letter will be mailed to all residents from Carole with survey results and next steps
Massengale advised of 3% annual increase to maintenance contract – Board approved
Brick pillars throughout community will be cleaned
Electronic eye in spotlights for second half of Parkway to be replaced – both units were damaged by      recent contractors
Holiday decorating
Wreaths will be placed on all brick columns throughout SM
Discussed an email to all residents in early December reminding of several issues
Meeting was adjourned at 7:15 PM.  Next meeting Monday, December 21st @ 6:00 PM is tentative and dependent upon issues that may need to be addressed.  If December meeting is cancelled, we will meet again January 18th, 2016 at 6:00PM
