October Board Meeting Minutes

SMPOA Board Meeting
Monday, October 19, 2015 6:00 PM
Attendees: Carole deBack, Ellie Perret, Colleen Milfelt, Ginger D’Antoni, Alma Roy, Rodney Schoemann and Ali Alexis
- Welcome
No guests were present at meeting.
- Approval of Sept Minutes
- Financial Update
- Sept Financial report reviewed and approved
- Communication with Webmaster
- Emails regarding Octoberfest activities
- Homeowner Issues & General Issues
- Reviewed fines, liens and restriction violations. Attorney is refiling liens on appropriate properties
- Drainage problem at Hole #14 has been repaired
- Road in SM are scheduled for repair late 2015, early 2016
- Sprinklers along Parkway have been repaired
- Boat Launch Lighting –
- Controversy regarding installation of light – SMPOA received bill for service and light has not been installed. Carole in communication with management
- Gas light in Charlestown – Plumber to be contacted as no gas is getting to the light.
- Tree trimming on Parkway is pending gas company marking of gas lines prior to deep root feeding of trees
- Speed Bumps – discussion held for November meeting.
- Octoberfest preparations finalized and board members were given assignments for the day
- New Issues
- Survey – Results were distributed to all board members; discussion held on top concern and various recommendations from homeowners.
- Letter will be distributed to all property owners with the results and next steps; results will be posted on website
- Each comment will be reviewed and responded to as needed
Meeting was adjourned at 7:45PM. Next meeting Monday, November 16th @ 6:00 PM
