You should have received your invoice for your annual dues both by mail and/or by email. As noted in the email from Keystone Residential  Management, your dues can be paid online. If you have not received your invoice  or  you are having problems getting onto the new Keystone website, please contact   Ali Boudin at (ali@keystone225.com)  or by phone at (225)923-2800. The paper invoice was sent out in December.  The email from Keystone telling about the ability to pay online was sent out the first week of January.  Remember the deadline for dues is Jan. 31 and a late fine of $100.00 will begin as of Feb. 1.

If you live in The Highlands or Pebble Beach, this does not apply to you. Unfortunately, with the redesign of the SMPOA website, we cannot remove you from the general emails.
