SMPOA Board Meeting
Monday, January 17th, 2016 5:30 PM

No guests were present at meeting
Financial Update
Dec Financials were approved
Collection of 2016 Dues on target
Dues received later than 1/31 will be delinquent and assessed a $100 late fee
Capital Projects for 2016 Under Discussion & Discovery
Based upon survey results and regular communication with residents, the Board is in the process of prioritizing capital projects for 2016. Information will be shared with community once the Board finalizes discovery.
Communication with Webmaster
Recent Break Ins – Residents are concerned. The board is moving forward with the additional cameras throughout the neighborhood. Residents are reminded to contact the Sheriff’s office first, then alert the board of issues.
The Board has scheduled a community meeting Monday, January 25th beginning at
5:30 PM – 6:30 PM. Guest speaker will be local law enforcement resident who has agreed to address security concerns and offer recommendations. Email was sent out to all residents.
New Issues
Board voted to have extended surveillance from Thanksgiving thru New Year’s every year, with consideration during the summer months as well. This will be discussed more in the coming months as we approach summer 2016.
Meeting was adjourned at 7:45PM. Next meeting will be held Monday, February 15th, 2016.
